Details for choosing, wearing and caring for your silk shirt.
How do I choose a size?
Use the garment measurements on each product page. Compare chest, shoulder and length with a shirt you already own. Measurements are in inches and centimetres; regular, straight and relaxed cuts have different allowances.
What are the shirts made from?
Our collection uses 100% mulberry silk in twill and satin weaves. Each product lists its weave, fabric weight and individual care instructions.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported. Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.
When should I expect delivery?
Allow 1–2 business days for handling and 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays.
What is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 (CST). Orders before cutoff on a business day count that day toward handling. Later orders, weekend orders and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day. This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time.
How do returns work?
Contact support within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason, to request authorisation. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging. The authorised return address is our company address in Italy.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for an incorrect, damaged or defective item. For a change of mind, you pay the cost of returning the parcel to Italy. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
Following approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact your payment provider if you need details about its posting process.
