Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Ordinary Return Conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the shirt must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original condition with tags intact and original packaging.
Request Authorisation
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorisation and address confirmation before sending your parcel.
Return Address
Authorised returns are sent to neeomyndd, Via Massimiliano Kolbe, 20, 09022 Lunamatrona SU, Italy. This is an international return destination for US customers.
Return Shipping and Fees
If we sent an incorrect item, or the item is damaged or defective, neeomyndd pays the return shipping cost. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to Italy. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos may help us assess the issue. Ordinary unused-condition and packaging requirements do not prevent a request concerning a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will discuss the appropriate return and refund arrangement with you.
Refund Timing
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days. Please contact us if you have questions about an approved refund.
