Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping within our supported US delivery area.
Delivery Area
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories, APO and FPO addresses are excluded. Our country selector includes worldwide destinations, but checkout can proceed only for eligible US addresses.
Handling Time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). Orders placed before cutoff on a business day count that day toward handling; orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays start the next business day. The fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time.
Transit and Estimated Total
Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Cost
All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.
